George Robert Twelve Hewes returns to Boston.

Hewes, who claims to have been a participant in the Boston Tea Party, is brought back to Boston to participate in the Independence Day celebration. During his visit, he has his portrait painted during the visit. The author of two subsequent memoirs, Hewes dies in 1840.
